Eyemaginations, Inc. ("Eyemaginations", "we" or "us") respects your right to privacy, and we believe any information you ("Eyemaginations Office - ENT End-Users", "End-Users") provide to us regarding the end-user application, Eyemaginations Office – ENT (the “Application”) should be protected from disclosure to others. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to inform you as to what kind of information about you is collected and how it is collected, how we manage and safeguard your information, to whom we disclose your information, and under what circumstances the information is disclosed.

Collection and User of Information
Demographic (country, ZIP/postal code), contact (name, practice name, e-mail address, phone number, website) and other information (e. g. reference source about the installed software) may be requested by Eyemaginations through the Software registration process.

Eyemaginations may use this data to offer product support, to communicate with you or to contact you about your account with us and otherwise manage your account. From time to time, we may use the personally identifiable information that we collect to offer you information about our company, and other products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Eyemaginations uses random generation techniques, to create an alphanumeric identifier during installation of the software to identify a unique installation of the product.

Eyemaginations uses the alphanumeric identifier for the sole purpose of statistically compiling the number of installations of the Software. The alphanumeric identifier is associated with information entered through the Software registration process, along with the Software serial number applying to commercial products, version type and number of the Software when received during the installation phase.
