General FAQs
Q: What is the Automatic Renewal Program?
A: The purpose of the ARP is to facilitate
the processing of annual license/maintenance payments and reduce ongoing
administrative burdens for Eyemaginations and the Client. If the Client
desires to terminate the support services provided by Eyemaginations, the
Client shall provide written notice of termination to Eyemaginations at
least 90 days before the annual renewal date.
back to top Q: What will future
software/animation releases include?
A: This depends on a few

customer feedback, and medical/technological advances. Until current
development is completed, Eyemaginations makes no guarantees regarding any
future software features or animation content.
back to top Q: How will I be notified

A: The end user will be

importance of maintaining correct contact information.

A: Yes. The username can be changed if needed. The password
can be changed to another random value, but cannot be customized for
security reasons.

A: No. The animations are not available
